BTS drops ‘Permission To Dance’ R&B remix version and it already has ARMY vibing – WATCH | K-pop Movie News
The boys surprised fans by releaseing the link to their new music at midnight on July 23. Big Hit Music announced on WeVerse that there would be an R&B remix version of the current Billboard number 1 song and described the remix as “a song with a distinct 1990’s sensibility whose minimalistic synth sounds will make you focus even more on the vocals.”
The boys slowed down the pace of the track that is proving to be a hit among fans, who love an easy late evening listen. With JungKook, RM, V, Jimin, Jin, SUGA and J-hope hitting all the high notes with this one, it is clearly becoming a favourite among fans.

‘Permission to Dance’ recently made history when dethroned ‘Butter’ to take the No. 1 spot, a first for a group on the Billboard’s Hot 100 since Drake.
The song also debuted at number 1 on the Digital Song Sales chart with the biggest sales week for any song since ‘Butter’. BTS are also the first act in music history to occupy the top 2 on the Digital Song Sales chart on five separate occasions. This time around, ‘Permission to Dance’ featured on number 1 with ‘Butter’ sliding to number 2.
